Important message!

NEIS will be migrating all portal accounts to two factor authentication on June 25th, 6pm EDT

All users must have their own account configured with either:
  • an email address
  • a phone number which can receive SMS text messages
There can be no sharing of account information. If not already in place, it is imperative to please reach out to NEIS with a list of users including their name, their e-mail address, (their phone number, if applicable), and their preferred method to receive the authentication token.

NEIS recommends SMS text messaging as more secure, but we understand that company systems and state regulations may not support this method.

All existing accounts will be setup to use email by default. If existing individual users would prefer to use SMS, please contact NEIS with your preference and SMS enabled phone number.
